À titre de Directeur des ventes, vous prendrez en charge et mènerez la croissance commerciale de Claio AI partout au Canada. Vous serez le principal architecte de notre stratégie de mise en marché pour notre suite d'IA dentaire, en vendant directement aux cliniques dentaires, aux cabinets de groupe et aux DSO (organisations de soutien dentaire). Il s'agit d'un poste à fort impact et très visible, qui allie réflexion stratégique, vente sur le terrain et leadership d'équipe. Une compréhension approfondie de l'environnement des cliniques dentaires — la façon de penser des dentistes, le fonctionnement des cliniques et les facteurs qui influencent les décisions d'achat — est essentielle à la réussite dans ce rôle.
Stratégie et exécution des ventes
- Définir et exécuter une stratégie de vente nationale pour la suite dentaire de Claio AI sur les marchés canadiens
- Identifier, prospecter et conclure des ventes auprès de cliniques dentaires, de cabinets de groupe multisites et de réseaux de DSO
- Prendre en charge l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection et la démonstration à la négociation et la signature des contrats
- Bâtir et gérer un pipeline solide assorti de prévisions précises et d'une tenue rigoureuse du CRM
Leadership et constitution d'équipe
- Recruter, encadrer et développer une équipe de vente performante au fil de la croissance de l'entreprise
- Fixer des objectifs de rendement clairs et tenir l'équipe responsable de l'atteinte des indicateurs clés et des objectifs de revenus
- Cultiver une culture de responsabilisation, d'apprentissage et d'obsession du client
Développement de marché
- Établir et entretenir des relations stratégiques avec les principaux intervenants de l'écosystème dentaire (propriétaires de cliniques, gestionnaires de cabinets, associations dentaires, clubs d'étude)
- Représenter Claio AI lors de congrès, de salons professionnels et d'événements de l'industrie dentaire partout au Canada
- Recueillir et transmettre des renseignements de marché afin d'orienter la feuille de route et le positionnement du produit
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de produit pour traduire la rétroaction clinique en pistes d'amélioration concrètes
- Travailler avec le marketing pour élaborer du matériel, des études de cas et des campagnes percutantes destinés aux professionnels dentaires
- Relever directement de la PDG, avec des comptes rendus réguliers sur l'état du pipeline, les ventes conclues et les occasions stratégiques
Qualifications
Expérience du marché dentaire (incontournable)
- 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en vente dans l'industrie dentaire (technologie dentaire, équipement dentaire, logiciels dentaires ou fournitures dentaires)
- Feuille de route démontrée dans la vente auprès de propriétaires de cliniques dentaires et de décideurs de cabinets
- Solide compréhension du fonctionnement des cliniques dentaires, y compris les flux de travail cliniques, l'approvisionnement et les cycles budgétaires
- Réseau existant au sein de la communauté dentaire canadienne (cliniques, DSO, associations dentaires ou clubs d'étude)
Leadership et gestion
- 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans un poste de gestion des ventes ou de niveau directeur
- Capacité démontrée à bâtir, gérer et faire croître une équipe de vente
- Bilan d'atteinte ou de dépassement constant des objectifs de revenus
Compétences et aptitudes
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, en présentation et en négociation
- À l'aise dans la vente d'un produit SaaS ou technologique — capacité à traduire des fonctionnalités techniques en valeur clinique
- Maîtrise des plateformes CRM (HubSpot ou équivalent)
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) constitue un atout important pour le marché canadien
- Disposition à voyager partout au Canada selon les besoins

About the Role
As Head of Sales, you will own and drive Claio AI's commercial growth across Canada. You will be the primary architect of our go-to-market strategy for our dental AI suite, selling directly to dental clinics, group practices, and DSOs. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on selling and team leadership. A deep understanding of the dental clinic environment — how dentists think, how clinics operate, and what drives purchasing decisions — is essential for success in this role.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute a national sales strategy for Claio AI's dental suite across Canadian markets
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with dental clinics, multi-location group practices, and DSO networks
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and demo to negotiation and contract signing
- Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Leadership & Team Building
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team as the company scales
- Set clear performance targets and hold the team accountable to KPIs and revenue goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and customer obsession
Market Development
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the dental ecosystem (clinic owners, practice managers, dental associations, study clubs)
- Represent Claio AI at dental conferences, trade shows, and professional events across Canada
- Gather and relay market intelligence to inform product roadmap and positioning
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with the product team to translate clinical feedback into actionable feature insights
- Work with marketing to develop compelling materials, case studies, and campaigns targeting dental professionals
- Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on pipeline health, wins, and strategic opportunities
Qualifications
Dental Market Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry (dental technology, dental equipment, dental software, or dental supplies)
- Proven track record of selling to dental clinic owners and practice decision-makers
- Strong understanding of how dental clinics operate, including clinical workflows, procurement, and budget cycles
- Existing network within the Canadian dental community (clinics, DSOs, dental associations, or study clubs)
Leadership & Management
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management or director-level role
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow a sales team
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable selling a SaaS or technology product — able to translate technical features into clinical value
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset for the Canadian market
- Willingness to travel across Canada as required
