Principal Technical Program Manager

Shape technical program execution at OpenLoop, using Agile delivery and measurable outcomes to advance telehealth solutions at scale.As a principal-level individual contributor, you will lead complex programs spanning Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders. You will translate business vision into executable technical programs while supporting OpenLoop’s mission to bring care anywhere. The work includes operating-model development, executive communication, and delivery improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Drive cross-functional technical initiatives tied to company OKRsManage dependencies, prioritization, tradeoffs, and delivery cadencePresent executive summaries and detailed program updatesDefine TPM standards for planning, reporting, and delivery healthLead launches, escalations, incidents, and organizational changeRequirements:
8+ years in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical work3+ years leading multi-team or multi-business-unit programsDeep Agile knowledge, including Scrum or SAFeTechnical fluency across architecture, APIs, integrations, and dependenciesExecutive communication, prioritization, influence, and Jira experienceLead measurable, cross-functional technical delivery at OpenLoop through Agile practices, executive influence, and disciplined program management.
