Responsibilities
• Support for the Customer Program Office in Distribution Design and Customer Connections.
• Involved in identifying, planning, analyzing, delivering projects and frameworks for business changes, including potential opportunities for AI use.
• Development of documents for senior leadership, finance.
• Reporting development from data modeling, design and presentation.
• Working in environments with SAP, custom internal applications, and various querying languages.

• Plan, direct, and report on business process change or similar project activities by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources and status and creating documents such as project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports and post implementation reviews so that the project is implemented as planned.
• Develop project plans and risk management plans for business process change or similar projects by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks for effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Complete project management activities including scoping, planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting on project tasks by using advanced skills in Microsoft Office as well as project management programs to fulfill business needs.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders through regular reporting and communication using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills enabling timely progression of projects.

Qualifications
Must haves:
-A minimum nine (9) years of project management experience or equivalent.
-Experience building cases and business analysis type activities
-Experience delivering & managing various level of projects involved in business change
-Experience producing reports for senior leadership

Nice to haves:
-Experience with LEAN methodology
-SAP Datasphere for other SAP reporting experience
-Experience in various querying languages (T-SQL, Power Query, etc)
-Power BI experience

Education and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
