We are currently hiring for part-time nighttime patrols and AOC (As-Occasionally-Called) positions. These opportunities are ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income, including retirees and those with flexible schedules who enjoy working independently.

Available Positions

1. Part-Time Night Patrol

• Minimum of 1 hour per night, 5 nights per week.
• Shifts typically range from 1 to 1.5 hours per night.
• Additional hours may be available for those interested in taking on more work.

2. AOC (As-Occasionally-Called)

• Shifts may be available during the day, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Occasional 8-hour patrol shifts may be available.
• Flexible scheduling for individuals available to work on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nighttime security checks of designated properties.
• Perform vehicle patrols and monitor assigned locations.
• Complete occasional extended patrol shifts as required.
• Transport packages between businesses when needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with clients and the public.
• Work independently while exercising sound judgment and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be bondable.
• Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of driving experience in Whitehorse and the surrounding area.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of winter driving experience. No exceptions.
• Must have a personal cell phone.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and professional.
• Previous security experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
