You will diagnose existing systems, lead meaningful accountability meetings, and facilitate deep conversations for improvement. Your aim will be to coach visionaries and integrators alike while ensuring financial literacy and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Run high-quality L10 meetings that ensure accountability
• Lead financial outcome discussions based on clear priorities
• Diagnose breakpoints in EOS implementation
• Coach both Visionaries and Integrators to enhance effectiveness
• Build the Integrator function to reduce reliance on individual leadership

Requirements:

• Proven EOS Integrator experience
• Deep expertise in driving execution and accountability
• Financial literacy to manage P&L conversations
• Ability to identify and clarify root issues
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
