Senior Java Engineer & AI-Driven Backend Leader

ELITS

ELITS Canada Inc. in Montreal, part of Accelerate @ IVER Group, is seeking a Senior Java Developer with AI experience to lead our Montreal development team on a live software platform.

This role combines strong Java and Spring Boot development with architectural guidance and hands-on mentoring of juniors to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments, improve CI/CD, testing, documentation, and code reviews, and contribute to AI-assisted development
