Strategic Sourcing Specialist – IT Procurement
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 10–12 days onsite per month.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT/Product Technology procurement experience.
- Strong sourcing and vendor management experience.
- Experience negotiating contracts with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, and other technology vendors.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex global IT sourcing projects and vendor selection processes.
- Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage strategic technology suppliers.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to support sourcing decisions.
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
- Support and coach junior procurement team members.
Ideal Candidate: A strategic IT procurement professional with strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and communication skills who can independently manage complex sourcing initiatives.
