Your role

Assess patients' health conditions and provide appropriate care throughout medical transfers, following established medical protocols while addressing each patient's individual needs;

Coordinate and plan aeromedical transports by overseeing every stage of the transfer, including medical care and ground and air transportation arrangements;

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including Flight Coordination, medical teams, hospitals, paramedics, and other healthcare partners, to ensure seamless coordination and optimal patient care;

Follow established procedures and policies while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and a minimum of two years of experience in critical care and/or emergency nursing ;

Bilingual (French and English) , comfortable working in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment;

Strong planning, communication, collaboration, and rapid decision-making skills;

Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and quality of care;

Knowledge of Indigenous communities and cultures is considered an asset.
