Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Affairs & Joint Ventures

• Oversee commercial arrangements and governance matters
• Consult on litigation, corporate, and contractual issues

• Identify legal risks while enabling business objectives
• Provide concise legal advice to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of a law society in Canada
• 10 years of relevant corporate and commercial law experience
• Experience in joint ventures and operational law
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and drafting
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French are an asset
