Shelf Stocker

Capribeauty Hair Ltd, is Regina locally owned Beauty supply Store, who specialized in sales of Hair extensions, beauty products and salon services. We are looking for a reliable Store shelf stocker, to join our team. The Store shelf stockers will model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication, product knowledge, and appropriate Stocking, selling and customer techniques. The Store shelf stockers will maintain company standards of all merchandise presentation, replenishment, and clean store and backroom, pack customers' purchases, price items on the shelves, stock shelves with merchandise, and fill online, mail and telephone orders.
Key Responsibilities are:
Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers at stores or for shipment and delivery to customers
Carry customers' purchases to parking lot and pack in vehicles
Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
Use barcode scanning equipment to record incoming stock, verify pricing and maintain computerized stock inventory
Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list
Attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting
Stock shelves and display areas and keep stock clean and in order
Label and document orders, and prepare shipping, customs and courier documentation when required
Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
Direct customers to location of articles sought and assist with inquiries
Enter, track and process customer orders and generate inventory reports
Sweep aisles, dust display racks, and perform other general cleaning duties
Operate cash register and computer for electronic commerce transactions
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent customer engagement  
- Ability to work in team environment
