This project emphasizes the cleanup of transactions and mandates strong proficiency in Sage 300. You'll be tasked with reconciling accounts extensively while identifying and resolving discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Sage 300 immediately
- Conduct reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
- Execute sub-ledger reconciliations, specifically A/P and A/R
- Investigate and rectify transaction discrepancies
- Clear historical backlogs for accurate financial reporting
- Expertise in Sage 300 System required
- Experience with high-volume reconciliations necessary
- Strong analytical skills for data investigation
- Detail-oriented mindset for accuracy
- Must be available for in-person roles
