- Production Planner *
- Develop and manage production plans to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Translate customer and market demand into efficient production schedules
- Partner with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment
- Follow products through the production process, ensuring quality and yields are maintained and improved
- Monitor production performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvements
- Maintain accurate data in systems like SAP and LIMS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, process optimization)
- Troubleshoot production challenges and drive corrective actions
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, the Sciences, or a related field
- 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with SAP (MM/PP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic environment
