PLC and HMI Programmer for Turbomachinery

You will report to the Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer in a dynamic hybrid environment. Your responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and modifying PLC and HMI programs, while interpreting specifications and control narratives. Working with the Global Engineering Center, you will ensure programming aligns with customer and engineering requirements to support timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs for compressor packages • Interpret specifications and process diagrams precisely • Coordinate with engineering teams for compliance with project updates • Support system testing and commissioning with troubleshooting • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to minimize errors

Requirements: • 5+ years in PLC/HMI programming and hardware experience • Proficient with Allen Bradley and Rockwell PLC systems • Strong understanding of process control theory • Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics • Experience with Siemens systems in turbomachinery
