What you'll do

• Build detailed, realistic psychiatric case studies used to train AI models
• Carry out psychological assessments and annotate each case as Cantonese-language psychiatric practice would
• Prepare clinical notes and written analyses in both Cantonese and English
• Review mental health AI evaluation methods and explain where they need improvement

Who this is for

• MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree, with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license
• Experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Cantonese-speaking clinical settings, plus familiarity with Western psychiatric frameworks and their use with Cantonese-speaking patients
• Fluent in Cantonese and advanced written and spoken English
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
