Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting Physiotherapists to help build the rehabilitation foundation of an integrated primary care clinic in Saanich BC.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
- Provide general physiotherapy across musculoskeletal, post-surgical, concussion, vestibular, and functional recovery populations
- Support patients before and after surgery with mobility planning, strength rebuilding, pain reduction, and return-to-life goals
- Help patients recover after illness, injury, ICU stays, or periods of deconditioning
- Collaborate closely with family physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, counsellors, and other clinicians who share your patients
- Participate in specialty recovery pathways: brain injury, surgical recovery, and ICU recovery
- Help shape clinical workflows and the physiotherapy model as part of a founding clinical team
- Contribute to a patient experience that feels coordinated, motivating, and clinically excellent

WHO YOU ARE
You are a Physiotherapist grounded in active, evidence-informed recovery.
You value strong clinical care, practical outcomes, and helping people get back to living fully. You enjoy collaboration, but are also confident practicing independently.
You may be especially drawn to complex care, post-surgical recovery, vestibular work, neurological rehab, or building something meaningful from the ground up.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC
- Professional liability insurance through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association or equivalent
- Clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and at least one of: vestibular rehab, neurorehabilitation, concussion care, ICU recovery, or post-surgical recovery
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in interdisciplinary care
- A builder mindset and excitement about helping shape a new clinic model

- Compensation: Competitive independent contractor revenue-share model with earning growth tied to caseload development, experience, specialty expertise, and sustained demand
