Site Reliability Engineer for AI Infrastructure

Join Point Click Care as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on AI infrastructure. Drive reliability and security across cloud platforms while optimizing for efficiency. Collaborate actively with engineering teams to refine operational standards and mentoring junior engineers is part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Own service level objectives and reliability targets
- Ensure observability and telemetry completeness
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation
- Implement platform security controls for compliance
- Lead incident response and conduct resiliency testing
- 5+ years in SRE or platform engineering
- Proficiency in observability metrics and incident response
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code and GitOps
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure ML
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
