As Senior Vice President, Member Experience, you will champion strategies that enhance member journeys and service models. This senior leadership role involves overseeing a diverse team and integrating services across retail and virtual platforms to achieve sustainable growth. You will be instrumental in establishing performance measures that ensure sales and service excellence, while promoting organizational transformation and employee engagement across the credit union.
