Co-operators
Build a remote-friendly financial services business with Co-operators through relationship building, prospecting, and tailored insurance and wealth solutions. Operate independently while serving communities across Canada.
As a Financial Services Independent Advisor, you will build long-term client relationships and grow a sustainable portfolio. Your work combines consultative advice, networking, referrals, and community engagement. You will distribute Co-operators products exclusively while developing your own advisory practice under the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships and understand clients’ financial goals
- Grow portfolios through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Deliver personalized insurance and wealth solutions
- Represent Co-operators professionally within local communities
- Develop long-term client confidence, loyalty, and financial security
Requirements:
- Life Insurance or Mutual Funds License, or willingness to obtain
- Financial services, insurance, banking, or advice-based sales experience
- Business ownership, account management, or business development experience
- Clear communication, organization, and disciplined follow-through
- Ability to complete background checks and ongoing education
