- Approach diversely to honor client backgrounds and needs
- Engage in continuous education and peer learning activities
- Use digital documentation tools effectively for client management
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience
- Current registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Competence in solution-focused and brief therapies
- Experience with electronic health systems
