Part-Time Babysitter/Nanny Needed - In-Home Support for Two Young Children
Part-time
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and calm part-time babysitter/nanny to help care for our two young children (toddler and infant) in our home in the Rockland area. This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys spending time with babies and toddlers
- is patient, nurturing, and emotionally calm
- is comfortable with gradual transitions and attachment-focused parenting
- can help create a peaceful and supportive environment for young children
- Part-time hours
- Approximately 4-hour shifts (flexible)
- Flexible scheduling during weekdays
- Parent will often be working from home and nearby initially
- Engaging children in play and activities
- Helping with snacks/meals
- Supporting naps/rest time as needed
- Providing attentive and caring supervision
- Light tidying related to the children
- dependable and communicative
- comfortable with babies and toddlers
- patient during periods of clinginess or transitions
- interested in building a consistent long-term relationship with our family
