Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a bilingual Human Capital Assistant. Responsibilities
- Support the administration of human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management
- Set up interviews, conduct phone screens, complete reference checks and prepare job offers
- Contribute to the ongoing management of the recruitment database; post jobs, update postings, and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system
- Utilize acquisition and social media platforms to build talent pool
- Administer onboarding logistics
- Maintain employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updates
- Coordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and course materials
- Prepare, review and modify templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence
- Serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options
- Support and implement firm policies and guidelines as required
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence, invoices, receipts and office records
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills And Experience
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset
- Post-secondary education in human resource management
- 1 to 2 years of HR experience is considered an asset

The salary range for this position is $47,000-$55,000. Salary will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.

Responsabilités
- Fournir du soutien dans la gestion des activités du Capital humain, notamment le programme de rémunération globale, la formation et le perfectionnement, le recrutement et la gestion du rendement.
- Organiser les entrevues, établir les premiers contacts téléphoniques, vérifier les références et préparer les offres d’emploi.
- Participer à la gestion permanente de la base de données pour le recrutement; afficher les offres d’emploi, mettre à jour les postes à pourvoir et gérer les candidatures à l’aide du système de suivi prévu à cet effet.
- Utiliser les plateformes de recrutement et les médias sociaux pour constituer une banque de candidats.
- Mettre en place le processus d’intégration.
- Tenir à jour les données sur les membres du cabinet, y compris les dossiers manuels, la paie et les informations sur HRIS.
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre des formations, y compris la logistique sur place, le matériel, le traiteur, les inscriptions et la documentation pour les cours.
- Préparer, passer en revue et modifier les gabarits, les lettres, les rapports, les présentations PowerPoint, les documents Word, les feuilles de calcul Excel et toute autre correspondance d’ordre général.
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource auprès de la direction et des membres du cabinet en gérant les demandes et les relations de travail ainsi qu’en les renseignant sur les outils libre-service.
- Appuyer la mise en place des politiques et des lignes directrices au besoin.
- Classer de façon rigoureuse et ponctuelle la correspondance, les factures, les reçus et les dossiers administratifs du Capital humain.
- Prendre part à l’élaboration de nouvelles idées et méthodes visant à améliorer les procédures de travail.
- Être disposé à se déplacer, au besoin.
Compétences et expérience
- La maîtrise des deux langues officielles, le français et l’anglais, un atout
- Formation postsecondaire en gestion des ressources humaines
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines, un atout
