Hello! We are a loving family in downtown Toronto looking to hire a part-time caregiver. Our family wants someone who can primarily care for our youngest child while also assisting with dog walking, housekeeping, and meal prep. Job Overview We're looking for a highly organized and energetic caregiver to help our busy family manage our household and daily life. This is a unique role that combines household management with childcare. If you are proactive, reliable, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Childcare: Provide before-school care supporting our youngest child, age 11, who has a disability.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare basic meals, school lunches, and snacks for children and occasionally for adults.
• Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks to keep our home running smoothly. This includes taking out the garbage and recycling. We may also assign other tasks as needed including grocery shopping and errands.
• Dog-walking: We have a very sweet and friendly dog who requires a morning walk and outing to the park to play fetch.
• Flexibility: The role requires assistance in the morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday. We occasionally need evening babysitting as well as occasional weekend support.

Who You Are

• You have a high-energy, positive, empathic, and outgoing personality; experience working with kids with exceptional needs is an asset.
• You are proactive and can anticipate what needs to be done.
• You have experience managing a household, including the preparation of simple meals and snacks.
• You are comfortable with dogs.
• You are willing to present evidence of or undergo a criminal history check and at least two references.
