European International Tax Manager

European tax expertise and transfer pricing define this Tax Manager role at Valsoft. Lead compliance across seven countries with occasional intercontinental travel.Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support the Helios / Tessera portfolio across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, and Switzerland. The role combines tax provisions, European compliance, transfer pricing, and international due diligence. You will connect portfolio finance teams with Valsoft’s HQ corporate tax team while supporting M&A tax matters and cross-border planning.Key Responsibilities:
Lead quarterly and annual European tax provisionsOversee corporate income, VAT, and indirect tax complianceManage transfer pricing documentation under OECD guidelinesSupport European tax due diligence and acquisitionsCoordinate HQ reporting, advisors, and portfolio finance teamsRequirements:
Professional tax or accounting qualificationFour-plus years of post-qualification tax experienceStrong European taxation, VAT, and international tax knowledgeExperience managing tax compliance and provision processesFluent English;
additional European languages advantageousApply European tax, transfer pricing, and compliance expertise across Valsoft’s Helios / Tessera software portfolio.
