Become the driving force behind technology risk management at CGL. As Associate Vice President, you will lead a hybrid team focused on elevating internal controls and risk awareness. In this pivotal leadership role, you will enhance the control framework and promote compliance within technology operations. Your expertise will guide the team in key areas such as risk assessment and mitigation, establishing a proactive risk culture. Building strategic partnerships with various departments will be crucial for achieving sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a solid risk culture across all technology departments
- Manage the 1B Function and oversee team development
- Represent management on the 1LoD Technology Risk Committee
- Drive strategic risk reporting and assessment initiatives
- Facilitate monitoring and testing of internal controls
Requirements
- 10+ years in risk management/audit within insurance or audit firms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Preferred certifications: CPA, CIA, Certified Fraud Examiner
- Experience focusing on technology business models
- Extensive knowledge of risk management methodologies
