Privacy and Compliance Counsel - mississauga

Our client, a leading Canadian healthcare organization, is seeking a Privacy and Compliance Counsel to join their growing Compliance and Risk Management team.

This role supports enterprise privacy and regulatory compliance with a strong focus on Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, provincial health information statutes, and healthcare operations within the dental sector.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated PIA experience, a solid understanding of Canadian privacy and health information legislation, and bilingual French/English. This is a highly team-oriented, operational role offering exposure to AI governance and emerging technologies within a regulated healthcare environment.

The expected salary for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 CAD. Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
