Flight & Integration Test Pilot Position

Elevate the A220 commercial aircraft Programme as a Flight & Integration Test Pilot based in Mirabel, Quebec. Focus on ensuring both safety and team cohesion during flight tests. The role requires a production flight test pilot with a pilot test rating 2 and minimum of 1,500 flight test hours. You will coordinate production flight tests before aircraft deliveries while enhancing collaboration with production, quality, and design teams. Communication and teamwork are critical in this environment to ensure high safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform flight tests prior to customer delivery
• Maintain a focus on safety throughout test operations

Requirements:

• Pilot test rating 2 is mandatory
• At least 1,500 hours of flight testing experience
• Five years of experience in Part 25 aircraft
• Flexibility for worldwide travel and on-call duties
• Strong awareness of compliance and integrity
