Experienced Construction Estimator Needed

Take your career to the next level as a Construction Estimator, focusing on accurate labor and material cost assessments and communication with various stakeholders. This is an on-site position that demands attention to detail. We need a dedicated Construction Estimator with 1-2 years of experience in civil or commercial construction. You will analyze proposals, prepare estimates, and use your expertise with CADD software effectively. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Autodesk REVIT will be vital in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates of labor and materials
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for projects
• Operate essential computer software systems
• Monitor contract expenditures and tendering processes
• Communicate cost adjustments with team members

Requirements:

• Education at the college or CEGEP level
• 1-2 years of relevant estimating experience
• Knowledge in civil, commercial, and industrial areas
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
