Job Summary
We are currently looking for Machine Operators at our newly equipped Milton plant .
Job Responsibilities
- Operating the machine and ensuring its good functioning.
- Following quality manual and health and safety policies and procedures
- Operating all the equipment related to the machine.
- Participating in maintenance work and mold changes.
- Preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Performing operations and necessary adjustments for machine start up.
- Programing equipment in accordance with the product requested.
- Adjusting the machine and equipment in accordance with production and quality standards.
- Completing quality and production reports.
- Identifying any abnormalities or faulty situations regarding the product, quality, machine, and equipment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as machine operator
- Strong mechanical ability, reading of measuring tools, use of basic hand/power tools
- Teamwork oriented, initiative; responsible, able to react, to be precise; methodical
- Fluent in written & reading English
- Must have an excellent attendance record
