Give & Go Continuous Improvement Lead

Give and Go Prepared Foods

Step into a leadership role as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. This role focuses on fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability through Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies. As a key player in implementing CI strategies, you will develop training curriculums, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities. Your leadership will be vital in achieving the plant’s productivity and operational targets. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards
Coach teams on Lean concepts and CI tools
Develop an IL6S roadmap linked to business objectives
Conduct loss analysis and implement improvement projects
Collaborate with teams to enhance maintenance systems

Requirements:

5+ years in a strategy/project management role
10+ years of manufacturing experience
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Proven capability in change leadership
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
