Effectuer des examens de rendement
Voir à ce que les règles de santé et de sécurité soient respectées
Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
Recruter et embaucher du personnel
Tenir la comptabilité des opérations et faire la caisse quotidienne
Planifier et gérer le budget et l'inventaire
Voir à l'évaluation du coût et de la qualité des produits et des services
Organiser des conférences et des rencontres
S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de l'équipement
Assurer le fonctionnement efficace des systèmes et du matériel et veiller à l'exécution de l'entretien et des réparations
Assurer le respect des lois gouvernementales
Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
Gérer le personnel et assigner les tâches
Planifier des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
Professionnalisme au service à la clientèle
Expérience en supervision
Recommander des mesures correctives ou d'exécution
Aider à établir les horaires et le déroulement du travail
Encadrer
Gérer des incidents
Examiner les directives des ressources humaines pour s'assurer de leur conformité avec les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail
Estimer la quantité et le coût des fournitures et des denrées alimentaires
Coordonner les activités de travail pour s'assurer que les projets respectent les délais et le budget
Accomplir des tâches administratives
