The position
As a Driver Assistant , you will play a key role in delivering on our commitment to excellence. Working alongside our delivery drivers, you will help safely transport our products to customers’ homes while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your ability to provide superior customer service and address customer concerns will directly contribute to our reputation for quality and care.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide prompt, courteous service during pickups and deliveries.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and minor hook-ups of large home appliances.
- Inspect merchandise before delivery and report any damages immediately.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Support the delivery team in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
What you need to be successful
- Pass a security check and physical fitness assessment.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Safely maneuver merchandise over 100 lbs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous communication.
- Work flexibly, including five days per week, Monday – Saturday.
Availability
Tuesday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm
