The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving growth for our clients by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and generating qualified meetings for sales teams.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, messaging, and pipeline management—while working closely with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.

This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, curious, and eager to build a strong foundation in business and technology.

Cool Things You’ll Do

• Research and identify decision-makers within target accounts
• Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
• Manage activity, pipeline, and data within CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting targets
• Collaborate with your team to refine messaging and improve performance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport
• Coachability and openness to feedback
• Ability to manage goals and performance metrics
• Self-discipline and accountability in a remote environment
• Interest in business, technology, or sales

Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required - we’re most interested in individuals with strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to learn!

• Structured onboarding and sales training
• Coaching on cold outreach, messaging, qualification, and objection handling
• Experience using industry-leading CRM and sales engagement tools
• Ongoing mentorship and clear performance benchmarks
• Defined career progression into senior sales and leadership roles
• Starting OTE: $50,000 CAD ($40,000 base + $10,000 commission)
• Clear progression to up to $80,000 CAD OTE following successful ramp-up
