As a Finish Carpenter, you are the detail-oriented closer responsible for the final stages of our projects, including trim, cabinetry, casing, doors, millwork, and custom woodwork. We are looking for someone with exceptional precision, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality.The Package: Total Compensation & Perks
Total Compensation Package: $30 $36 per hour (inclusive of base wage and total package value).
Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.

Precision Installation: Install and finish interior trim, baseboards, casings, crown mouldings, doors, and hardware.
Custom Woodwork: Complete cabinetry installation, millwork, custom woodwork, and other detailed finish carpentry tasks.
Quality Assurance: Measure, cut, and install materials with a high degree of accuracy and craftsmanship. Perform final touch-ups and ensure work meets standards before handover.
Documentation: Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
