Associate Financial Advisor | Burlington, ON
I'm partnering with a well-established financial planning practice in Burlington to find their next Associate Financial Advisor.
For more than 30 years, this practice has built its reputation on trust, long-term client relationships, and helping clients feel confident as they navigate important financial and life decisions. Their primary focus is serving professional women and their families throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who values meaningful client relationships, takes a thoughtful approach to financial planning, and wants to grow within a mature, client-centered practice where exceptional service comes first.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, or an existing small book of business
- CIRO licensing
- Experience using CRM and financial planning software
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and client service skills
- A client-first mindset and genuine passion for helping people achieve their financial goals
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP designation (or currently working toward it)
- Insurance license (or currently working toward it)
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within a successful advisory practice
