Senior Software Engineer - Integrations Expert

Become a leader at Terminal as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on integrations in Toronto. Design impactful features and APIs that enhance the telematics industry. In this product-centric position on the Product & Integrations team, you will support a wide range of integrations, enabling improved customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborative customer engagement, building high-quality APIs, and enhancing platform reliability. Your contributions will be influential in rapidly scaling our solutions and maintaining high standards across the board. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the integration framework supporting 250+ integrations
• Engage customers to innovate and implement new features
• Develop reliable APIs that facilitate easier integrations
• Create tools that improve testing and platform reliability
• Participate in technical demos and provide customer support

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in building production systems
• 2+ years in Node.js and TypeScript
• 2+ years of AWS or similar cloud platform experience
• Experience troubleshooting in distributed systems
• Strong customer empathy with problem-solving skills
