CNC Programmer & Operator

Recently incorporated in 2024, Bourgault Machines INC. is developing an extensive line of highly innovative attachments and equipment for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment serving the Western Canadian marketplace.  The company is currently constructing a new, $20 million, state-of-the-art 32,000 square foot manufacturing and office facility in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, with production scheduled to commence in September 2026. As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer & Operator to become a key member of our startup team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing our manufacturing operations by programming and operating our new Mitsubishi 12 kW Fiber Laser and 350 tonne Accurpress press brake and supporting the programming and operation of other CNC equipment including a CNC mill as production ramps up.

This opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys both hands-on manufacturing and programming. As production volumes increase, the successful candidate may have the option to transition into a role focused primarily or exclusively on CNC programming. The ideal candidate is versatile, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who learns quickly, embraces challenges, and can work collaboratively and harmoniously with fellow team members while helping build a world-class manufacturing operation from the ground up.
