Expected Start Date: September 21, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Regency Manor City/Town: Central Butte Department: Plant Operation Type: Casual FTE: 0 Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job : Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
