Your Mission:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Technical Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Convertus’ hardware infrastructure to ensure reliable IT operations across multiple facilities. You will play a key role in maintaining critical systems, deploying and troubleshooting hardware, and supporting infrastructure projects to ensure system performance, stability, and efficiency.

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:

• Managing and maintaining hardware infrastructure, including server deployments, routine maintenance, and equipment replacements
• Administering and supporting network devices to ensure stable, secure connectivity across all facilities and integration with cloud-based resources
• Responding to IT ticket requests, troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, and providing timely user support
• Developing and maintaining a hardware renewal program, working closely with preferred vendors to keep systems current and reliable
• Deploying, configuring, and setting up end‑user hardware as needed to support business operations
• Supporting special IT projects such as construction initiatives, including cable planning and network infrastructure deployment
• Assisting with large‑scale and time‑intensive initiatives, including integrating new systems with existing IT infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues on‑site when required, coordinating with facility teams to address connectivity or installation challenges

This job is for you if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Bring a minimum of one to three years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on hardware and network management
• Have hands‑on experience with server management and network device configuration
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in technical environments
• Are able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast‑paced setting
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Are a self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Have the flexibility to travel to various facilities to provide on‑site IT support as needed
• Hold a valid driver’s license

About the salary range:

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $52,240.00–$65,300.00 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only.
