Senior Construction Schedule Manager

Manage construction schedules, contractor interfaces, and project controls for Hatch’s complex engineering and construction projects. Apply advanced planning expertise through delivery.As a Senior Planner, you will optimize schedules supporting successful project execution. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and external contractors. Your work covers procurement input, contractor schedule reviews, milestones, resource loading, and approved project changes.Key Responsibilities:
Review contractor and vendor schedules and recommend improvementsMonitor contractual schedule commitments and contractor performanceIncorporate engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor milestonesMaintain resource, labor, and commodity loading profilesAssess schedule impacts from approved project changesRequirements:
8–12+ years of planning and scheduling experienceStrong engineering, procurement, and construction delivery understandingExperience supporting EPCM, mining, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projectsFamiliarity with contract administration and commercial project controlsStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skillsUse construction scheduling, contractor coordination, and change management expertise to support Hatch project execution and delivery objectives.
