This role is perfect for a seasoned engineer with over a decade of experience in civil engineering and a strong focus on water systems. You'll lead the development of innovative projects, mentor junior staff, and engage extensively with clients and regulatory bodies. Your contributions will directly affect how communities manage their water resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of piping and pumping systems
- Craft innovative and resilient engineering solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams through project phases
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for project success
- Mentor and support junior engineers in technical development
- At least 10 years in civil engineering field
- P.Eng. certification or equivalent essential
- Strong skills in hydraulic design and trenchless technology
- Competency in Civil3D and comparable tools
- Experience leading diverse engineering teams
