Mobile Dog Daycare Attendant

Job Responsibility:

We are looking to add to our very busy dog daycare and dog boarding facilities. We have 3 locations, Calgary, Airdrie and Crossfield. The ideal candidate would be willing and able to work at all 3 locations. A vehicle and valid drivers license is a MUST. This job posting is for our Mobile Daycare Attendant. Mobile Daycare Attendant is a Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4pm (time finished varies depending on daily schedule).

Duties will include but not limited to;

- Supervise play groups

- Clean up after dogs

- Rotate dogs

- Be confident and in control with a large pack

- Clean kennels

- Cleaning dishes

- Clean yard

- Bath dogs

- Nail trims

- Mopping of floors

- Laundry

- Must be able to work in a fast pace, sometimes hectic environment

- Must be available for some weekend shifts

- Must have the ability to prioritize and have great time management

- Must be able to work as a team and independently

- Must have exceptional communication skills

- Must have customer service skills

- Previous animal experience is a asset but not required

- Must be able to lift up to 85lbs

- Must be comfortable and confident driving a company vehicle transporting multiple dogs in all weather conditions

- Pick up and drop off dogs from clients homes and bring them out to our off leash park to play for the day

- Must strictly follow our mobile service protocols and safety instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
