As a Chief Pilot (703/704) at Rise Air, you will play a crucial role in leading pilots, maintaining operational standards, and supporting regulatory compliance within our northern operations. Your leadership will focus on pilot training, development, and recruitment, making a significant impact on operational excellence and safety culture in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pilots within 703 and 704 operational standards
- Oversee regulatory compliance and flight crew procedures
- Support pilot training, qualification, and development
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
- Coach pilots on performance and operational issues
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence – Aeroplane (ATPL-A)
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including multi-engine PIC
- At least three years' experience as PIC on 703/704 aircraft
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
