Director of Syndicated Financing at BDC

Your role significantly impacts cash flow lending and asset-based lending strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new financing opportunities
- Conduct due diligence and credit analysis
- Structure complex financing proposals
- Manage syndicated financing accounts and portfolio risk
- Build influential relationships with financial partners
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in corporate lending or syndicated financing
- Proficient in financial due diligence
- Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
- Bilingual in English and French
