Lead Fundraising Initiatives at PSF

Drive impactful fundraising strategies with the Pacific Salmon Foundation as a Senior Development Officer. Focus on major gifts and corporate partnerships to advance philanthropic revenue. As a Senior Development Officer at PSF, you'll play a key role in executing comprehensive fundraising plans aimed at major gifts over $10,000. You will lead the development of corporate partnerships while managing relationships with major gift donors. Your expertise in donor engagement and relationship-building will be essential in achieving the goals of the Pacific Salmon Foundation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
- Cultivate major gift donors and corporate partnerships
- Prepare donor-specific fundraising documents and proposals
- Maintain accurate donor information in the CRM
- Support fundraising events and donor stewardship activities
- Minimum 5 years in non-profit development roles
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
- Strong communication and donor engagement skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
