Boost customer efficiency as a GNSS Technical Support Engineer with Quectel. Specialize in providing on-site assistance and training for GNSS integration. As a GNSS Technical Support Engineer, your focus will be on assisting customers with both pre-sales and post-sales support initiatives. You'll travel throughout North America to address technical inquiries and showcase Quectel's GNSS capabilities through presentations and training sessions. Additionally, you’ll develop demo applications that simplify customer integration processes and provide constructive feedback on the necessary solutions to meet their projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and training for Quectel’s GNSS line
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Quickly resolve customer technical questions and concerns
- Create demonstration applications to aid integration
- Compile weekly reports on support progress and activities
- Expertise in GNSS technology and customer support
- Understanding of relevant hardware and software tools
- Proficient in C/C++ programming and Linux systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred
