Director of Managed Services for Oracle SCM

Requirements:
• Deep familiarity with Oracle SCM systems and 10 years of experience
• Strong background in Procurement and advanced SCM areas
• Proficient in managing teams in IT service environments
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is advantageous
• Effective use of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
