Lead the engineering process to deliver new features and maintain the existing platform.
Conduct research and technical validation of new infrastructure, services, and frameworks to support business and technical requirements.
Leverage AI coding tools to drive end-to-end engineering workflows, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
Ensure secure coding practices and maintain the confidentiality of company systems and data.
Support and mentor fellow engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and educational opportunities.
Engage in direct communication with customers and business stakeholders to propose technical solutions and address product issues.
Stay updated with the latest development tools and techniques, while expanding your knowledge through education, publications, and networking.

Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or software engineering.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in application development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and Visual Studio IDE.
Strong expertise in relational database design, management, SQL analysis and performance tuning.
In‑depth knowledge of object‑oriented design and principles such as Domain Driven Design.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Curious mindset, passion for continuous learning, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Good communication skills, project management experience, and teamwork spirit.
Passion for software development, new techniques, and the ability to provide technical guidance to team members.
Experience with large‑scale, high‑concurrency web application development is a strong plus.
Experience working with AI‑driven products or technologies is a strong plus.

Salary: $100,000 – 140,000 per year

Location: This position is a fully on‑site role.
