Expert Fiscal Virtuel chez Intuit

Rejoignez Intuit en tant qu'Expert Fiscal Virtuel pour aider les clients à gérer leurs déclarations avec TurboImpôt. Ce rôle implique des conseils fiscaux et une interaction client à distance. Chez Intuit, vous serez un Expert Fiscal avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la préparation de déclarations de revenus. Vous utiliserez des logiciels de communication avancés pour interagir avec les clients tout en fournissant des conseils clairs sur le processus fiscal. Votre expertise sera cruciale pour simplifier les complexités fiscales et améliorer l'expérience client. Key Responsibilities:

Aider les clients avec TurboImpôt pour leurs déclarations
Vérifier et conseiller sur les déclarations de revenus
Utiliser les ressources professionnelles pour répondre aux clients
Documenter les interactions avec les clients
Maintenir des dossiers précis des communications

Requirements:

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation fiscale
ID Rep de l'ARC requis après intégration
Expérience avec des logiciels fiscaux professionnels
Compétences en service à la clientèle exceptionnelles
Disponible pour un minimum de 20 heures par semaine
