Architect agentic AI systems as a Senior Software Engineer in Toronto, using LLM orchestration, React, TypeScript, and Java in a hybrid model.

Leo Berwick is building AI-native tools for advisory work and client engagement. As a senior individual contributor, you will build products from the ground up. Your work connects agentic workflows, enterprise data, and high-stakes M&A processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design agentic features and multi-step engagement workflows
• Integrate LLMs, tool-calling, retrieval, and orchestration patterns
• Build domain models supporting reporting and memo generation
• Write production-grade code across the stack
• Define architecture, technology choices, and engineering standards

Requirements:

• Seven to fifteen years of software engineering experience
• Recent hands-on delivery of an Agentic or LLM-powered product
• Experience building AI harnesses or similar orchestration layers
• Strong React, TypeScript, and Java proficiency
• Enterprise SaaS or B2B product shipping experience
