Description: Sun West School Division invites applications for the position of Principal in Dinsmore Composite School, at Dinsmore, SK starting the 2026/27 school year. The Principal's role is a key leadership position, forming an integral part of an educational team providing shared, critical leadership within our educational community. Strong consideration will be given to candidates who have completed their Masters or are enrolled in graduate work.

Dinsmore Composite School has a projected enrolment of 80 students for the 2026/27 school year. The teaching assignment will be determined in consultation with the School Superintendent.

We are seeking an instructional leader who can:

• lead the total school community towards a common vision of teaching and learning excellence;

• model interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;

• contribute to the positive image of the school and Sun West School Division;
• work effectively with all partners to establish clear goals and direction;
• establish and maintain links with the community;
• exhibit excellent organizational skills;
• demonstrate a working knowledge of computer technology.
